Return & Refund Policy

If the product delivered is materially different from the size or dimensions shown/listed on the product page or agreed at the time of order, the customer may request a return.

The delivered product must match the agreed size and specifications. If there is a significant size difference from the agreed specifications due to our error, we will arrange the return and provide an appropriate resolution.

Minor variations that are normal in handmade or custom-made furniture may not qualify as a return.

To request a return, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs/videos showing the size difference.

Custom-made products made according to the customer's specific requirements may be subject to separate return conditions.
