2. Custom-Made Products

Many of our products may be made or customised according to customer requirements.

Before production begins, customers are responsible for confirming the design, dimensions, fabric, colour, configuration and other specifications provided for the order.

Once a customised order has been approved and production has started, cancellation or modification may not be available except where agreed by Raza Enterprises Sofa Maker.

3. Product Measurements

The customer is responsible for checking and confirming the required dimensions before placing or approving an order.

If the product supplied is materially different from the size or dimensions officially agreed with the customer due to an error on our part, the customer may contact us for a resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Minor variations that are normal for handmade or customised furniture will not automatically qualify as a defect or return.

4. Prices & Payments

Product prices displayed on the website may change from time to time.

For certain products or customised orders, an advance payment may be required before production begins.

An order will be treated as confirmed only after the required payment and order details have been accepted by Raza Enterprises Sofa Maker.

5. Order Confirmation

Orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, phone, social media or other communication channels may require confirmation from our team.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description or availability errors and, where necessary, cancel an order affected by such an error.

6. Cancellation

For customised or made-to-order furniture, cancellation may not be possible once production or procurement of specific materials has commenced.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines provided by us are estimated timelines and may vary depending on production, customization, transportation, location, availability of materials and other circumstances.

The customer must provide accurate delivery details and ensure reasonable access to the delivery location.

Additional transportation or handling charges may apply where special arrangements are required.

8. Installation & Assembly

Installation and assembly are not included in the standard product price unless specifically mentioned in the quotation or order confirmation.

If installation, assembly, fitting or other on-site services are requested, these may be provided separately and may involve additional charges.

Any applicable charges will be communicated before the service is provided.

9. Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage, incorrect product or significant difference from the agreed specifications should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible.

Photographs or videos may be requested to assess a complaint.

10. Returns & Refunds

If a product is materially different from the agreed size or specifications due to an error on our part, the customer may request a return in accordance with that policy.

The appearance of a product may also vary between the website photograph and the delivered product due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Such minor variations do not automatically constitute a defect.

For sofa repair, reupholstery and renovation services, the condition and structure of the existing furniture may affect the final result.

Additional repairs, materials or work discovered during the service may require customer approval and may involve additional charges.

14. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including contact details, delivery address, measurements, design requirements and other order specifications.

Raza Enterprises Sofa Maker will not be responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
